What we're looking for
What we're offering

What you'll be doing

As a WordPress Developer, you are responsible for developing custom WordPress applications based on the templates created by front-end development. Additionally, you develop custom plugins to implement features such as Custom Post Types, API integrations, and other advanced functionalities. In addition to developing new projects, you also work on new features to enhance existing products.

Throughout the process, you collaborate closely with other team members. After launching the initial version of a product, we, as a team, analyse whether the set goals are achieved. As a WordPress developer, you also play a significant role in evaluation as your insight and knowledge is of great value.

What's important to us

Since we operate with a relatively small team, it's important that you align well with our culture. We're seeking someone who is pleasant to work with and shares our passion for what we refer to here as "making something out of nothing."

Therefore, we're particularly interested in what you've actually created. A CV is fine, but a link to your GitHub/GitLab profile with some examples of your work is much more compelling for us.

You should be able to work independently. After all, you'll be deciding how you'll proceed with your work. Of course, you'll be guided by other developers and can always ask questions, but we expect you to take ownership of your work. Consequently, we're also curious about the personal projects you've undertaken.

Our culture

At Super Interactive, everything revolves around creating, learning, and improving. We are constantly seeking ways to build better digital products and to grow both professionally and personally.

Our culture is informal yet professional. We take the time to solve problems thoroughly while continuously delivering results. Each member of our team works independently and is an expert in their field, maintaining a high level of expertise. This environment offers ample opportunities for learning.

We utilise modern tools and methodologies to enhance the products of our clients and our own workflow continually. We set goals using OKRs and manage projects through Asana and Slack (we prefer not to use email). Our workflow is based on Scrum, and every morning, we get together for our daily stand-up.

We believe that creating exceptional digital products requires time and ongoing development. Therefore, our focus is on long-term relationships. We choose to work with relatively few clients simultaneously so that we can give them the attention they deserve and continue to refine our products effectively.

Want to work with us?

Please send your CV and motivation letter (along with some examples of your work) to jobs@superinteractive.com. We will get back to you shortly to arrange an informal meeting at our office in Amsterdam. If you have any questions about the job vacancy, feel free to ask via the same email address.

Please note that we are not seeking freelancers or recruiters, and we kindly request that they do not contact us regarding this vacancy.
