Salesforce integration
Want website enquiries in Salesforce? Web-to-Lead can handle new sales leads; other processes need a different setup. See which route fits your process or book a conversation.
What is Salesforce?
Salesforce is a CRM platform for customer data and sales processes. Web-to-Lead lets a form on your site create a new lead in Salesforce.
An existing customer with a support question is not necessarily a new lead. Decide which Salesforce process should receive each kind of enquiry.
Capture new leads
Send sales enquiries to Salesforce through Web-to-Lead.
Useful fields
Collect only the details sales needs for its first response.
Assign follow-up
Match lead assignment to your sales process.
Know the limit
Choose a route that fits your submission volume.
How do I connect Salesforce to my website?
Salesforce can generate HTML for a Web-to-Lead form to place on your site. It is intended for new leads, and Salesforce lists a limit of 500 Web-to-Lead requests per day.
A custom form, existing relationships or other records may call for a connection through Salesforce APIs. That requires decisions about fields, permissions and assignment. Sending every support form through Web-to-Lead would create the wrong record.
Common challenges with CRM integrations
How does Super Interactive connect Salesforce to your website?
We identify which enquiries are genuinely new sales leads. For those, we can place a Web-to-Lead form and test its fields and assignment.
If the site needs existing customer data or another Salesforce record, we design a tailored connection for that process. We also check what visitors see if a submission fails.
