What we pay attention to

  • Because we work with a relatively small team, it is vital that you fit our culture.
  • We are especially curious about what you actually built. A CV is nice, but a link to your Github profile with some examples of your work is much more interesting for us.
  • You can work independently. It's up to you how you do your job. Of course you will be guided by the other developers and there will always be room for questions, but you are expected to have ownership over your work. So we are very curious about what self initiated projects you have worked on.
