HubSpot integration

What is HubSpot?

HubSpot brings together contacts and activity for marketing, sales and service. A demo request from your site can be stored as a form submission on a contact record, where your team can pick it up.

Each form has a purpose. A download, sales call and support question need different fields and follow-up.

Submissions on contact records

HubSpot forms store submissions alongside contact details.

A clear route

Send demo requests to the team that handles them.

Form context

See which form a person used to get in touch.

Less copying

Avoid retyping enquiries and contact details.

How do I connect HubSpot to my website?

You can embed a HubSpot form on an external site or share a link to a standalone form. Submissions from a HubSpot form integrated into your site go directly to HubSpot. Analytics on the external page require the HubSpot tracking code.

To keep your own form, a custom form using the Forms API may be suitable. Add the site domain to HubSpot tracking settings before launch: submissions from domains that have not been added can be marked as spam.

Common challenges with CRM integrations

01

A website form does not automatically provide the fields a CRM expects.

02

An enquiry can reach the wrong owner or enter the wrong process.

03

An existing customer should not become a new contact every time they submit a form.

04

A website confirmation does not always mean the details arrived.

How does Super Interactive connect HubSpot to your website?

We review the questions your site collects and choose a HubSpot embed or custom form for each one. Then we map fields to the right contact data and define which team receives the enquiry.

We check the domain and test new and existing contacts, including the confirmation shown on the site.
