How do I connect Bullhorn to my website?
You can list jobs on your website and send candidates to an existing application route. If you want a custom job board or form, first check what Bullhorn access is available and which data you can exchange. The connection must carry the job ID so an application does not end up against another role.
Decide when a closed job should disappear from the site. Filters for location or specialism only help when recruiters fill those fields in consistently in Bullhorn. Keep the first application form to the information needed at that stage.
